Shopping Cart Review Homepage

Question: Shopping cart software, integrating it to my design.?

Hey guys, I recently designed my own website, and I'm trying to integrate e- commerce software in my design to I can have my customers build there own shopping cart, and log in and out of their account. I am aware of the available software that offers this, but none of them seem to allow me to integrate it into my own design. I've tried oscommerce, joomla, magento, and etc. I also have authorize.net setup so i can accept credit card payments online, so I would need this software to work with that as well, what could I use? and how would I integrate it? thanks.
