It depends on your requirements. If you have programming experience you easily will be able to use either Os Commerce or Zen Cart or Magento. Set up of default packages should not be difficult for you, however if you decide to modify the code or change the design, that would require some programming knowledge. I would say Magento is the most powerful and modern solution from this list nowadays, however you may need preconfigured server for it.
